Start your day with detox water, empty stomach. Drink 1 cup of black coffee or green tea.
Detox water will detoxify your body and will help to naturally reduce inflammation, boost energy, support digestion, and promote healthy skin.

Morning Breakfast: You’re First Meal of the day. Have 2 Rajgira Paratha (medium size) with low-fat curd or green chutney.
Fasting Breakfast Recipes:
Along with this, you can drink Green Tea or Milky Tea with no sugar or very little sugar.
The first meal will make you full for a longer time.
3 hours after your first meal – Only if you’re hungry then, have 1 sweet lime or 1 glass thin buttermilk.
